We provide complete setup and takedown services. You agree to ensure that there is adequate space, access to power (if needed), and a safe environment for the inflatables to be installed and used. Our team will assess safety on-site and may refuse setup in unsafe conditions (uneven ground, obstacles, hazardous weather, etc.).
Clients are responsible for supervising guests, especially children, during the event. Our inflatables are designed with safety in mind, but misuse or rough play can lead to injuries. Bubble House Magic will not be held liable for accidents or injuries caused by improper use or lack of supervision during the rental period.
In the event of severe weather (such as high winds or heavy rain), Bubble House Magic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your event for safety reasons. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative date or offer a credit toward future bookings if rescheduling isn’t possible. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
If any equipment is damaged due to negligence, misuse, or lack of supervision, the client may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs. Our staff will document any such damages, and payment may be required before future bookings.
All clients agree to communicate any changes, special requests, or cancellations in advance. Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours of the event) may result in a cancellation fee. This helps us accommodate other bookings and manage our schedule fairly.
By using our services, you also agree to receive essential communications via email and SMS — including booking confirmations, payment reminders, pre-event instructions, and follow-ups. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time, though transactional messages will still be delivered as part of your booking.
Bubble House Magic reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted to our website and will take effect immediately for all future bookings.
