How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events and peak seasons.

How much space do I need for setup?

Accepted Answer

Our bubble house needs roughly a 20x20 ft flat area with at least 12 ft of overhead clearance. The white castle bounce house fits in about 15x15 ft with 12 ft of clearance. The 24ft inflatable movie screen needs around 28 ft of width and 18 ft of clearance. Always allow an extra 3–5 ft on all sides for safe entry, blowers, and tie-downs.

What kind of power do you need?

Each inflatable runs on a standard 110V household outlet within 100 ft of the setup area. The blower must remain plugged in for the entire rental — running it off a shared circuit with other high-draw appliances can trip the breaker. No outlet nearby? We can bring a quiet generator for an additional fee — just let us know when you book.

What surfaces can you set up on?

We set up on flat grass, turf, dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Grass is preferred because it's softest and easiest to anchor with stakes. On hard surfaces, we secure the unit with heavy sandbags. We do not set up on rocks, gravel, sloped ground, or wet/muddy surfaces.

Are you insured?

Yes — we carry full commercial general liability insurance. Venues, apartment communities, and parks that require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) can be added as additional insured; just send us the venue contact info when you book.

How are the inflatables cleaned and sanitized?

Accepted Answer

Every unit is fully cleaned and sanitized between rentals. We wipe down all surfaces with a commercial, kid-safe disinfectant, vacuum out any debris, and inspect for damage before each event. Bubble house balloon installations are styled fresh for every booking.

Do you set up and tear down?

Yes! Every rental includes professional delivery, setup, and pickup. You don't lift a finger.

What's your weather policy?

Accepted Answer

Safety first — we monitor weather closely and will reschedule or refund if conditions are unsafe. Inflatables can't be operated in sustained winds over 15 mph, heavy rain, or lightning.
